Our mission

UDAI – Working Together Works empowers children and adults with special needs through inclusive education, therapies, and skill development. our mission is to help them live dignified, independent, and fulfilling lives.

We empower children and adults with special needs to realize their potential and live with confidence, independence, and dignity. Rooted in a child-centred approach, we nurture learning through personalized education, therapies, and skill-based programs. We aim to create real pathways to adulthood, where every individual gains the ability to lead a self-reliant life. Beyond education, we champion inclusion—bringing families, professionals, and communities together to build a society that respects, accepts, and celebrates neurodiversity.

Intervention Unit

UDAI develops communication, social, play, leisure, and daily living skills through early intervention, school readiness, individualized education, and parent–child training.

Vocational Skill training

UDAI’s project for 16+ students, supported by Rotary, assesses trainability, empowers families, promotes inclusion, and trains young adults for self-reliance

Residential unit

Udai Working Together Works empowers children with special needs through an exclusive Assistive Living Program offering personalized, structured support in a safe environment

Special School

he special school offers individualized education for children and young adults, grouped into Pearl, Ruby, Gold, Emerald, and Diamond with a 6:2 ratio
